Bernard C. Saunders

Son of Anna Loston Furrow and Lennox Saunders was born June 30, 1944 in Wilmington, DE. As a Wilmington native he received his early education in the Wilmington Public Schools. He graduated from Delaware State College receiving a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. He was Private First Class in the united States Army. He also mastered the Arts of Self Defense. His hobbies included; singing, cooking, fishing, writing poems and traveling. Coseeb is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Mildred L. Kweisi; one son Damon Saunders of Florida; three daughters, Letice Butchers, Tarina Jordan and Bernadette Conway all of wilmington, DE; four grandchildren; two brothers and one sister all of Wilmington, Delaware.
