Barbara is survived by her 2 children, Charles S. Brown and Verna C. Owens ;10 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Thaddeus Mims, sisters, Betty Ann Brown and Doreen Hovington and niece, Crystal Brown.
