Anthony "Tony" "Chief" Wilford, age 55, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 19, 2006. He was born December 5, 1950 in Wilmington to the late Florence Walley Wilford and Edward Cephas. Anthony was employed by the City of Wilmington in the traffic division. He is survived by sons Anthony E. Sr., Antoine and Andre Wilford; and former wife, Lorrez Jones; sisters, Vera Hutt, Renee Dawkins (James), Wanda Wilford, Janice Davis Rogers(C. Lawler, Sr.), and Patricia Walley (Charles, Jr.); brothers, Claude Lamotte Wolford, Edward Righter(Charlene), Wayne (Nadine) and Keith "Snookie" Fisher (Patricia); grandsons, Anthony E.
