She leaves to cherish her memories, children Stephanie (Robert), Lisa and Wayne (Melinda) Church; mother Henrietta Church; brothers Marlando (Sharon), Ronald (Paula), Anthony and Andre Church; 1 sister Kathy Church, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a host of other family members and friends; devoted fianc of Reginald Lacewell.
