Thomas was born September 30, 1942 in Wilmington, Delaware to late Oscar Miller Bullock and Rebecca White. He passed on March 18, 2016.
He graduated from Howard High School and attended Delaware Technical Community College.
Thomas married Theresa L. Bullock in 1964 and from this union, their most precious gift was born Desiree L. Bullock.
He work at Delaware Hose and Rubbery and served in the U.S. Army.
He loved to dance. He was a great dancer. He loved animals and feed stray animals in the neighborhood, cats, dogs, squirrels, rabbits, birds and any other kind of animal that was hungry. They loved him and would leave him gifts at the door, for example a dead mice. It was the animal's way of saying thank you.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved having his own personal barbers, his grandsons Moses and Jaleel Crenshaw. He also enjoyed his special sister-in-law that he helped take care of, Jeanette Bowers. He especially enjoyed spending time with his devoted wife of 52 years, who he affectionately called "Momma Mia Spicy Meatbally".
He was preceded in death by: two brothers, James Bullock and Oscar Bullock; two sisters, Maria Potter and Alberta George; four brother-in-law and one sister-in-law; and his son, Purnell Green.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Theresa Bullock; his children, Thomas Williams, Desiree Bullock, Audrey Thomas, Rebecca Southerland (Emmanuel), Tammy Green, Lacount Young; daughter-in-law, Andrea Green; siblings: Faye Taylor, Gwendolyn Snead, Jeanette Wilmore; two step sisters, Lucy Whitfield and Dora Jackson; In-Laws: James Bowers (Shirley), Charles Bowers (Debra); Mary Masterson (Charles) and Jeanette Bowers; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
