Thaddeus Stephon Barclay

Thaddeus Stephon Barclay, loving Father, Grandfather, and Friend passed away peacefully December 4th, 2022 at the age of 60.

A graduate of Caesar Rodney High School where he was a basketball player left a lasting and loving legacy. A proud Military Vet, and a construction worker employed by Diamond Materials.He loved to be the life of the party! His family was so important to him. Thaddeus enjoyed traveling, fishing, cooking, dancing, and Philly sports teams, especially The Eagles. Thaddeus was also a caring, and giving man.

He always looked out for people and wanted the best for everyone.

A native of Salisbury , Maryland who passed away in passed in Dover Delaware spent a huge portion of his life with his Life Partner Wanda Smith while raising his beloved children Tierra Barclay (Josh), Jakeem Smith, Aubrey Taylor (Caffie Taylor), and Van Smith. Thaddeus was the loving grandfather to his only grandchild/granddaughter, Joshlyn Square.

Thaddeus is Survived by his children, his Mother Majorie Carter, his siblings Tyrone Barclay, Theron Barclay, Tico Barclay, Brian Barclay (Gwendolyn Barclay), Miracle Carter, Kelly Mayer, and Denise Deputy. His special friends Etta Davis(Girlfriend), Donald, and Dre, as well as his two special nieces Fatima Weeks and Tiara Kabia, along with a host of other nieces, and nephews, and close cousins and grandchild.

He was predeceased in death by his father Theodore F. Barclay Sr. and brother Theodore Barclay Jr “Teddy B”.

Thaddeus will be truly and dearly missed by all who loved him.
