Susan Doreen "Sue" Robinson

Susan Doreen Robinson was born on August 2nd, 1958 in Wilmington, Delaware, to the late Elizabeth Henrietta Bailey Robinson and George Louis Jones. She passed away unexpectedly on March 9th 2020 at Christiana Hospital in Newark Delaware surrounded by loving friends and family.

Susan received her high school diploma from Wilmington High School. After school, she worked in various fields before finding her calling as a caregiver for the elderly and disabled. When her son was injured, Sue was able to use the skills from work to become his full-time caregiver.

Susan was a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church. She had many hobbies and interests. Susan loved to go shopping. Her amazing fashion sense was obvious by her love for high-end bags and shoes. Susan was a strong woman who endured life's obstacles and never complained.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents Elizabeth Henrietta Bailey Robinson and George Louis Jones; siblings, Philip Wendell Robinson, Preston Samuel Robinson and Marsha Denise Robinson and Judy Broadnax

Susan leaves to cherish her memories six children, LaBrent Eric Robinson, Eric LaBrent Robinson, Philip Anthony Price (Frances) of Wilmington DE , Cecil Le'Roy Robinson ,Susan Doreen Price-Murray (Mark) of Maryland and Carlisa Machery Thomas -Holloway (Spencer) of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandchildren, Kimora Price, Phillip Price, Nadia Price, Gitah Strawberry, Maliyah Groce, Selah Hollaway, Jerimiah Hollaway, Noah Hollaway, Zechariah Hollaway, Brooklyn Robinson and Mark Murray III, siblings: Mary Seth-Smith, Jerome Robinson of Wilmington DE, Colbert Robinson of Minneapolis MN, George Robinson, Jessie Daniels of Minneapolis, MN, Jackie Broadnax, Mathew Broadnax, Marvin Broadnax, Roberta Broadnax, Lois Broadnax ; a special niece Shellkila Brown; many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly, a close personal friend and partner Percy Osbourne and a host of other relatives and friends.
