Shirley Ann Norton born 11/3/56 passed away at Wilmington hospital on 4/15/22 at the age of 65. She leaves behind six children, Cassandra Norton, Travis Norton, Travanion Norton, Altorie Richardson, Alvee Richardson, and Trevor Smith, all of Wilmington, Delaware, and her best friend Jean Scott.
