Richard D Eason, Jr.

November 4, 1969 — November 6, 2020

Richard Doshine Eason was born November 4, 1969 in Salem, NJ. He attended Penns Grove Public Schools and graduated from Penns Grove High School. He was employed at Anchor Glass Co. for more than 15 years before they closed.
During this time, he met his soul-mate Latoya, which he married in 2003. Richard was known in the family as the bodyguard, aka "Hulk". He developed the name "Hulk" because of his size and how protective he was over his family. Hulk would show up and show out if anyone tried his family in any negative way.
Being the first grandson on his mother' side and 2nd oldest grandson on his father's side, he was so spoiled. He grew up around genuine people which taught him how to love and he spoiled everyone he knew.
We all knew Richard was near when we heard that unique, masculine laugh. His genuine heart, unique laugh and beautiful smile with the biggest eyes will be deeply missed.
He leaves to cherish in his memory: daughter Cherinity McCray, sons Zaire Eason, Mason and Ky'Cere Callaway, grandchildren; wife Latoya Komegay Eason, brothers Jimaine (Keta) and Chimenti (Ruth); 4 nieces, Najiah, Keta, Cheyenne and Sabrina, 3 nephews Chimenti, Jr, Jamire and Asante; 3 great nieces; 1 great nephew, 4 aunts, Winne White, Maryetta Dunmore, Shirletha Clark and Ruby Hodges; 3 uncles, Shelton James, Leroy James, and Earnest James, and a host of cousins and friends; special friends Marie McCray and Lady.
Richard is in eternal glory with his Mother, Lavonia and father, James Eason, Sr. grandmother Louie James and Sarah Mae Jordan Coats, Grandfather John "Red Top" James, Aunt Pearlene Wilburn, cousin Triphina Brown, Kevin James and Tyrone James.
