Rachel Rembert age 95 of New Castle, DE passed away Monday, May 25, 2009 at Wilmington Hospital after bravely fighting a shot illness. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Leona Hicks and Ellen Brown. Rachel is survived by two daughters, Clarice Brown and Leona Smart; 3 grandchildren, Kwamsha Evans, Quincy Smart and Quinton Smart and 4 great-grandchildren.
