Jermaine Octavius “Shorty” Caulk was born on September 9, 1977 to Barbara Caulk at Wilmington General Hospital in Wilmington, DE. He went to the Lord on

November 20, 2023 in Christiana Hospital, Newark, De.

Shorty received his education in the Appoquinimink School District. He loved spending time with his family, shooting dice, playing cards, and playing football.

You can always find him at a dice game whether after church or a regular Monday afternoon. He loved watching the San Antonio Spurs and Tennessee Titans

with his mother at the family house.

Jermaine preceded his grandparents, the late Alton Caulk and Grace Caulk. He leaves to cherish his mother Barbara Caulk, like-a-brother Leon Caulk, a close

uncle Leon Caulk Sr., aunt Katherine Frederick, close cousins: Nina Caulk, Kalika Caulk, Keyshia Caulk, Lewis Frederick, Markevis Powell and Marketa Powell, and

host other family members that loved him.
