Jelani L. Keys

Jelani L. Keys was born on December 11, 1975 to Melvin York Keys and Margaret Harrison Keys. She departed this life on August 15, 2022 at Wilmington Hospital ICU in Wilmington, Delaware.

Jelani received her early education from the Wilmington public school system. She went on and received an LPN degree from Monroe College in the Bronx, New York. Jelani married Sean Robinson in 1996. From this union, Nigel Robinson and Courtney Robinson were born. Jelani enjoyed listening to music and singing and showed her love through her cooking.

Jelani was preceded in death by her father Melvin York Keys. She is survived by her mother Margaret Harrison Keys, sisters Melvina Keys and Barlowe Cornish (Deidre), children Nigel and Courtney Robinson, granddaughter Kasey Emery Miller, a special devoted friend LaShawnda Sheard and a host of relatives and friends.
