ECCLESIASTES 3:1
TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON AND A TIME FOR EVERY PURPOSE UNDER THE HEAVEN:

A TIME TO BE BORN:
James Edward Mincey (AKA) Posie was born on July 20, 1953 to the late Catherine Mincey and Ellis (E. J.) Posley. Also he was preceded in death by his sister Peggy J. Stone and his brother Melvin Posley.

A TIME TO SERVE:
James accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age, he attend church on a regular basis with his Grandmother Minnie Posley at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Aline, Ga. After relocating to New Jersey he then joined Holloway COGIC Church in Penns Grove, NJ under the leadership of Pastor George Thornton.

A TIME TO LIVE:
James attended grade school in Metter, GA at Lillian Street School in Candler County. After they moved to NJ he continued his education at Penns Grove High School. James had many interests in life including music, dancing, decorating, gardening and socializing with his family and friends. James worked at various industrial jobs for many years.

A TIME TO LOVE:
James was a free spirit type of person he loved almost everyone he came in contact with. His nieces and nephews he absolutely adored them. Those that was very special to him he kept them close to his heart.

A TIME TO REST:
On Thursday morning, November 19, 2020 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. The Lord whispered to him and said it is your time to come home with me and take your rest.
A TIME TO MOURN:

James leaves to mourn his passing four sisters; Sue E. Johnson (Walter) Penns Grove, NJ; Veronica Byrd (Edward) Poinciana, FL; Vertie (Candy) Garrett (Doc) Miami, FL; Annie Lois Moore (Franklin) Metter, GA. Three brothers; Leroy Posley (Nina) Atlanta, GA; Timothy L. Posley (Felicia) Stillmore, GA; Alexander W. Posley (Lynette) Augusta, GA. He also leaves to mourn a very special friend, Peggy Underwood, Clinton, NC; two special nieces; Ginger Mincey. Poinciana, FL; Nancy Stone Nocks, Penns Grove, NJ and Kaleea (Katie) Leake, Penns Grove, NJ. A host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
