On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Jacqueline C. Hamilton peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home. She was born on December 25, 1938 to the late George Stewart, Sr. and Elizabeth C. Stewart.
Jacqueline received her early education at No. 29 School and graduated from Howard High School. She began her professional career at Hercules Inc., DelTech and Pepco where she retired. She was a member of Mother AUMP Church in her early childhood.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband Edward Hamilton, her son Alvin Stewart, her oldest sister Patricia Stewart, her oldest brother George L. Stewart, Jr. and her sister Elise Hilton.
Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memories, son Russell Davis, daughter Coretta Stewart, sisters Janet Stewart Ray, Linda Stewart Burris, Renee Stewart Shephard, Vanessa Stewart, Adrienne Stewart Randolph, brothers Bernard Stewart, Sr. and Kevin Stewart, sisters-in-law Charlene Stewart and Cynthia Stewart, brother-in-law Edward Randolph, a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and many friends.
