Frank passed on Saturday, February 20, 2016 in San Diego, CA. Frank is the son of the late Reverend Elliott N. Taylor and Indiaola Taylor.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory his devoted son Justin; 9 sisters, Teel(Eugene) Petty, Vickie(Joe) Garrett, Violet ( Lee) Williams, Catherine Hammond, Jacqueline Taylor, Natalie White, Sarah Richards, Eloise Saunders and Khadeejah Bint and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
