Ethel Mae Williams

Ethel was born on December 31, 1957 in Wilmington, Delaware to Lewis R. Williams and Anna Price Williams. She passed on Wednesday, April, 13, 2022 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware surrounded by her loved ones.

Ethel, "Ms. E" received her early childhood education from North East Elementary School. She graduated from Wilmington High School then from there she went to Job Corp where she studied construction. She was a trained in drywall plastering and was certified to operate all equipment.

Ms. E was a faithful member of Canaan Baptist Church since 2019, where she truly enjoyed Wednesday afternoon Bible Study, 8am Sunday Morning Services followed by Sunday School. Ethel was a fervent reader of the Our Daily Bread Daily Devotional. She had many hobbies and interest but her favorite past time was listening to gospel music and oldies but goodies she would purchase from Cowtown.

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Sylvester Beatty, Jr., brothers, Richard V. Price, Johnny M. Williams and Lewis R. Williams Jr.

Ethel is survived by her daughter, LaKayla Williams, sisters, Rose "Cookie" Johnson, Victoria "Ting" Holden (Dwight), Dorenda "Nette" Boger (Keith), devoted friend and companion Blanca Rivera, special nephew Francis "Erk" Williams, special niece Dara Dupont (Terry), Godson Jeremy M. Jones, Lifetime friend Leah White, sisters in law, beloved Aunt Sally Thornton Baker, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Previous Events
