Age 70 of Wilmington, DE passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories, a sister, Rev. Elsie Dale Wilson of New Castle, DE; 3 brothers, Clifton Dale and George Dale of Wilmington and Jesse Dale of Milford, DE; 2 devoted sisters-in-law, Blanda Dale and Betty Dale; a brother-in-law, Ernest Wilson; 5 aunts; and a very special aunt, Marie Foreman; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
