Charlotte (Char) Louise Irvin was born on April 3, 1970 in Milford, DE. Charlotte passed on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Char attended Lulu M. Ross Elementary School, and later attended Milford High School for a few years. She eventually graduated from James H. Groves Adult High School. Char was a teacher's assistant within the school system and was a manager for Dollar General in Magnolia and Milford, DE. Char left Dollar General when she became disabled. In 2018 she decided she would venture out, even though she had a disability. She became a Paparazzi independent consultant and fell in love with it. When Char attended church, she attended New Life Fellowship Ministries pastored by Bishop Harold and Lady Hazzard. Charlotte was a star basketball player for Milford High School while attending she loved baking and making treats for the children. She decorated for every holiday and every season Charlotte was very festive. Charlotte was preceded in death by her father Charles Smith, Uncle Anthony Irvin, Aunt Annie Irvin, Grandfather William Irvin and Grandmother Mamie Irvin Charlotte is survived by Mother Carolyn Irvin, Brother Tony Irvin (Adrienne), Twin Brother Charles (McCray) Irvin, Sister Shelly McCray, Sister Shacre Jones (husband) Vincent, god-daughter Kimeesha Gambles, Aunt Rosa Boone (husband) Warner whom she cared for daily; Uncle William Irvin, Jr; "sister cousin" Datrice Davis, Best Friend Neekia Burton and Special sister in Christ Tamara Hazzard, Charlotte's additional siblings by way of her father, Charles Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Although Charlotte did not have any biological children, she was a "mother to many" she loved and cared for so many children. She was a mentor and a role model especially to her nieces and nephews. She had a stepson Jaron Dukes Hazzard, who she loved and was very proud of.
