Charles was born in Halifax, VA on April 23, 1962 to Peggy Lee Thompson and the late Charles Lewis Brooks, Sr. He received his education in the public schools in VA. He was employed at U-S-A Car Wash in Chester, PA. His favorite hobbies were music, dancing, playing pool and cooking.
