Carolyn J. Anderson

July 19, 1943 — March 26, 2024

A Life well lived.

Carolyn Jean Anderson was born July 19, 1953, in Franklin County, North

Carolina to the late Lousie Anderson and William Scott. Surrounded by her

loving family, Carol transitioned from this earth to be in the presence with

the Lord on March 26, 2024, at Christiana Care Hospital, Wilmington,

Delaware.

In 1964 Carol along with her family moved to Delaware where she received

her education in the Wilmington Public School system. Carol started her

career soon after high school as a “Duplicator Operator” at Wilmington

Hospital where she retired in 2007. After her retirement Carol did part-time

work at Associate Graphics (AGS) . Anderson Party Rentals

was her last small adventure in the work force. This job was different

because of it being owned by her family she got to spend precious time

with her only sister Mary.

Carol was a faithful member of the Evangelist Temple of Truth. After the

closure of her home church, Pastor Gino Jennings was her continued path

to God. She loved watching Westerns and old Karate movies. The phone

was her best friend. She always made time to chat with her sisters in

Christ on the prayer line. Family was everything to Carol. Calling her family

daily was a must telling them she loved them.

Carol dedicated her life to the lord and made sure everyone knew this.

Carol last words to her daughter was “God Got Me”.

Carol was preceded in death by her Mother Louise Anderson and Father

William Scott, Son Walter (Pookie) Anderson. Her brothers Artie, Willie Jr,

Francis and Robert (Rock) Anderson
