Carlton was a member of the United States Army.
He was a lover of all genres of music, and a singer especially jazz.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, step-father and one brother.
Carlton leaves to cherish his memories, 2 sisters Tina and Carlena; 4 brothers, Carl (Henry), Otto, Timothy and Marcus; a special nephew, Byron Dickerson; and a host of family and friends, including the staff and friends at Pinnacle Rehab Nursing Center.
