Bishop Elizabeth Folks, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Bishop Folks was preceded in death by her parents Russell and Emma Dillard, one son Robert Dillard and one sister Ellen Brinkley. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Johnny E. Folks, four sisters, Emma Brinkley, Rosetta (Clinton) Badger, Pauline (McKenzie) Addison all of Wilmington, DE and Laura Mae of NC; one brother Edward J.
